West Bergen Waterpark Vacations

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Love staying here due to the kitchenette for my famoly and I as well as the close proximoty to the American Dream Mall and NYC.

Didn’t see any staff but facilities were great

The staff is lovely and the property gorgeous. The room could have been more complete (no slippers to be found and no in-room mini bar amenities, which was surprising). The grounds are pristine and peaceful.

Clean and the hotel smells really good once you step in. For the facilities, never tried. Indoor pool is small.

Clean room, nice size, bathrooms could use hooks for wet towels. Overall, fine say.

A1 as always, I have come to love this hotel and stay here pretty much every time I visit NYC now. They never let me down, always exceeding expectations, keep up the great work….
