Location was great. We were able to get early check-in. All the staff were very helpful.

Great location close walk to major train lines. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. I would recommend.

I started in NY here. The lighting in the room was weak. You need more light. I didn’t see the why. So I probably will pass this next time I am in NY.

Staff warm, & welcoming, bar, great breakfast, & restaurant lovely, don’t miss coffee at the bar in the morning & Friday with the Martinis piano singers.

Staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant. Turndown service way too late, though—9:45 might catch some guests sleeping.

Great stay. There are delicious complimentary breakfast items which we just happened upon this trip so even better.

Great stay with my kids! Our flight arrived early, and even though check-in wasn’t until 4 PM, the front desk was able to accommodate us with early check-in, which we really appreciated. The room and hotel were clean and well maintained. We also used the luggage storage service for a small fee after checkout since our flight wasn’t until later that evening, which was very convenient. The only downside was some additional fees that we weren’t aware of ahead of time. Overall, a pleasant stay and would recommend.

Professional staff, front desk was impeachable all the time I needed. Red Horse bar and restaurant always nice vibe!!!
