Very new and pristine. Lots of construction around the hotel makes getting there a little confusing. Staff were courteous and the gym was nice. Although the stay was nice the room rate plus parking and resort fee made it a but pricey for what you get. Overall nice stay.

The photograph online shows a rug in the room but the actual room had no rug on the dark floor. There was no comfortable chair to sip coffee or relax on only a desk chair in front of the TV. The overall feeling was clinical and cold. High tech lighting was going out on one side behind the headboard which didn’t help the ambiance. However, Michel at the front desk was an absolute delight. Loved her! The Wicked Butcher restaurant attached to the front lobby was excellent for dinner and breakfast with exceptional service. The rooftop bar was turned into a sushi restaurant which was disappointing. Thankfully the hotel is in a great location so plenty of other restaurants just across the street and live music at Sundance Square. So overall just ok.

Amazing room and service.

Room was very comfortable though style is slightly outdated. Would like to see a better option than the long line for Starbucks in the lobby and a kiosk with few options. But otherwise solid
