I had a great time and we'll be returning

The hotel was old and run down. The hallway was noisy due to the noisy guests and children running through the corridors after midnight. When call into reception there was no answer. Generally clean and decent.

I had a very nice stay at gevora

The property was ok - the design of the hotel is very unique but the service is subpar. In fact in the staff was kind of condescending and rude, when asked if we would receive an upgrade to our room (as a benefit as a Gold member) we were told we could pay for it. The restaurant selection in the hotel was nice to have options when we weren't in the mood to go out. I can see why this hotel would be good for someone traveling for business with all the business amenities but as a tourist the location wasn't as great for sight seeing and walkability especially compared to other hotels we stayed at in town.

The hotel was amazing, we enjoyed our time immensely, and the pool was divine. The staff were also super helpful and so was the dining.
