It is a good no-frills option in Beverley Hills and close to UCLA. Rooms are ok - beds pretty good, bathrooms are new. There's no restaurant and not much else besides coffee and flavored sparkling water. But it was convenient and not a bad price. Be careful getting parking - the garage is closed on weekends and you have to go into an office building and get let in by a security guard to get your car.

the lady who checked us in was not very caring. the other two ladies on the desk tried to help as the air conditioning in my dauughters room would not work. the heat was almost unbearable. found ants in a roll that was served at breakfast. the breakfast was okay on sunday but was terrible on monday.

The only negative is there was an event one of our nights that went till midnight. It was very loud and hard to sleep.
