Breakfast was great. Location perfect. Rooms were small and bathroom for a family of four. Parking was over priced. No microwave in room was a disappointment.

The hotel is a bit dated, and I noticed some dust on the bedside lamp, so the room could use a little more attention to detail. However, the staff were absolutely wonderful! Everyone we interacted with, from housekeeping and the front desk to the doormen and valet team, was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their excellent service really made our stay enjoyable and memorable!

Disappointing stay – no hot water for two days, Room was comfortable, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. However, the most serious issue was the lack of hot water for almost the entire duration of my stay. After the first night, I reported to reception that the water was cold and that it was impossible to take a hot shower. I was assured that the issue would be investigated and that someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I received no update, and nothing appeared to be done to resolve the problem. On the 2nd day, the issue remained unresolved, so I reported it again and asked when it would be fixed. The receptionist seemed unaware that I had already raised the complaint and once again promised to investigate and get back to me. Once again, I received no response, and the problem continued. It was only on the day of our departure that warm water finally became available. When checking out, I asked to speak to the manager to discuss my experience, but I was told that no manager was available. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. The lack of hot water for two days was unacceptable, particularly given that I reported the issue twice and received no meaningful response or communication from the staff. Combined with the concerns about cleanliness and the lack of follow-up, this experience fell well below my expectations. I would have expected a much better standard of service and a more proactive approach to resolving such a basic issues.

This is a great place to stay. Close to public transportation, 1 and a half blocks to a beautiful park, trader Joes and more. Aziza was helpful and professional.
