    "Check -in: Confusing. Great greeting..then we were ushered to have a seat in main reception area without being told why. We just wanted to check in and be shown our hotel. After 10 min or so, we were greeted again and then told to scan a an online app on a little board in front of us, and fill out online forms ourselves to check in, and most importantly give our credit crd for incidentals, meaning everything we buy,drinks, lunch,etc. would be billed to room.
