"Hosts were friendly enough but the listing did not specify this was a room in a shared apartment with the owners and another room with strangers. There was a cat which was very friendly, but that should also be listed so folks know in case they are allergic. "We had no hot water in our room. However, the hotel went to great lengths to remedy the issue, including paying for multiple breakfasts and lunches. They also allowed us to use the changing rooms to shower where there was hot water. They were sold out so another room wasn’t an option. It was disappointing that the facilities weren’t fully functional, but the manager stepped up to remedy the issue. They showed that they cared and that’s what matters. "
