9.6/10 Exceptional! (50 reviews)
Beautiful new hotel in the perfect London Mayfair location still close to Trafalgar, Soho. No nice grand entry, breakfast restaurant so so, rooftop bar neat. Biggest downside is so many rooms that just look out into another room very close by so we tended to just leave drapes shut for privacy which just feels wrong for a $2000 room

9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,012 reviews)
Everything was great. The keypad in the elevator was finicky and did not always work. Check in which was promised at 2 did not happen until almost 3. That was very disappointing for a quick trip.

7.6/10 Good! (5 reviews)
The host is an amazing person. Really take care of every detail. The breakfast was way better than any luxurious hotel, because also was having a kindly touch. My husband and I were happy. Obviously there are not “elevator” to take big luggage at the second floor, but it was worth the effort. 😉
