Amazing location and beautiful property! I would highly recommend and would love to return

The location was convenient, but unfortunately the stay was disappointing. Our original room had a persistent sewage smell, the air conditioning barely worked even after reporting it, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. We were eventually moved to another room, but it was significantly smaller than the one we originally booked, effectively a downgrade, with no refund or compensation for the difference. To make matters worse, we were charged for parking even though it had been communicated as complimentary. Overall, the property did not meet expectations, and the way these issues were handled left us very dissatisfied. I would not stay here again unless these problems are addressed.

Delightful and relaxing place to stay and lovely staff who do anything to help. Food is superb!
