Very impressed with hotel. Clean rooms and bathroom. Staff was extremely helpful. We got at hotel early before check in and they let us keep luggage there while we did a tour of coliseum. Had trouble figuring out air until we put key card in slot. Breakfast was okay. The pineapple juice, coffee, and muffins were the best. I would stay here again

We stayed 4 nights; it was a real shame that hotel guests had to pay for the spas (choice of 3) which were only available for private rental, with 30% discount for us… which was still expensive. When we booked, we thought access to the facilities would be included, so that was disappointing. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. There was also a fridge which was a bonus.

Located centrally downtown close to Trevi fountain. Excellent place to easily navigate to coliseum or Vatican. Hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were all excellent. The provided breakfast was extensive and amazing. My only dislike was the fragrance of the main areas of the hotel. It was quite an overpowering perfume and not a neutral smell.

The hotel is super convenient for the airport, and you should include time for dinner in Fiumicino (it is an amazing food scene). The hotel serves a great breakfast, and the staff was wonderful!
