The hotel is big, but it seems that its suffering from staff shortage,

Everyone was smoking cigarettes and the smell was everywhere even on the clean towels and linen when they were changed over

Unfortunately there was a lot of building work going on...not so peaceful for me.

went to the spa twice. very nice. The hotel staff made me breakfast 90 mins before start time since I had an early flight they packed it up and everything. they made me feel so special.

This was truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the hallways to the rooms, every detail was impeccably designed. The staff was outstanding. Without a doubt, this will be my first choice of hotel on my next visit to Egypt.
