Good location but rooms need a renovation, we also ended up with an accessible bathroom and water from the shower went everywhere and there was no storage.

Pool and hot tub had been listed as amenities but were closed. They offered the amenities at a sister hotel about one mile away. The bathroom sink did not drain well. No towels available at the gym. The front desk staffers were friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and comfortable. Power outlets were tricky: I brought a travel adapter, but the fit in the socket was so loose that the adapter would fall out of the wall socket unless I propped it up with makeshift supports, like an upside-down teacup sitting on top of the bedside clock. The room was advertised to me as having a harbor view, which was accurate: the harbor was visible from my window. But there is a gigantic building, the W Hotel Sydney, blocking most of the view. This isn't the Parkroyal Hotel's fault, per se, but travelers deserve to know about it.

The room was very clean and a second daily check ensured we were well looked afterfor our stay. Club Millesime was largely an enjoyable experience but breakfast time was a lot busier than we expected. We arrived early and were to be told when our suite was ready but this did not happen which was a shame as we had the same thing happen the last time we stayed. Good location with lots of restaurants close by.

The room was small but very clean and well maintained. Perfect for a one night stay. We took the wrong train to get there so walked further than necessary. But that was our fault as it was clearly stated in the email which station to go to. The bus stop for the airport was half a block away which was very convenient. Suggest the bus if going to the airport to save money as the train is 8x the price. Downside was there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance. Bros Kebab was awesome! There was also no breakfast so best to stock up before you get there.
