The floor was gross, very sticky ,the tub was discusting , Expedia you should be ashamed for rating this hoter 3 Star. The A/C WAS STUCK ON HIGH, WE WOKE UP FREEZING AROUND 2:00 AM ,nobody answered the phone I had to take out the thermistate myself. Then when they answed in the morning the took over an hour to come fix. the consol between the beds had no power,so no clock or outlets. The bathroom door almost caused my wife to fall over as it james when halway open.

The resort is gorgeous, I paid for a heated pool and it never got even warm. It was a little hard to communicate with the maintenance people because they kept coming to try and fix the heater in the pool and couldn’t get it to work and they didn’t speak English. The entire 5 days my pool was cold. I also got a late check out and was charged an additional day of parking because I drove off the resort after check out time. I already paid 147 dollars for parking and they hit me with another 36 dollars when I drove off. Not very happy with these things

Raven was amazing and even sent up a pregnancy pillow for me! Everything was as described. Super clean and comfortable. Loved that there were options to walk and eat.
