Amazing location, clean, with welcoming and efficient staff.

We were welcomed by Emily at Front of House who was so helpful. She gave us great recommendations and really made us welcome. My only disappointment was due to booking through Expedia only 1 breakfast was included whereas if we had booked direct both guests would receive breakfast. Otherwise the stay was ideal. The area is great, 10 minute walk to most places, circular quay, the rocks, old sydney, the shopping area in Pitt Street.

The photos shown don’t always show what you’re going to get - possibly all the rooms are individually owned and vary??? I’m not sure. Photos show a modern room and the room we got was very dated - original 70s tiles and kitchen. But they are a good size room. The hairdryer was a $10cheapie and extremely hot! Could do with updating. We booked for two single beds and they said they would only provide if availability allowed. It obviously did, as there were two single beds, which was great. An easy walk down through historic Sydney and to the waterfront.

Beautiful modern hotel in a building full of history, very central in the city. The staff were fantastic and very friendly and helpful. So many little things included in our stay. The pool and spa area was very well designed and was a lovely area to sit and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay - it was a real 5 star experience!

Good part: Rooms, Gym, Club breakfast. Very dissapointed: In the restaurant I was not allowed to order a steak for 1 person. The only steak on the menu was for 2 persons. I asked the staff how many grams this was, he didn't know. I asked please make a strak for 1 person like on the roomservice menu. He was not allowed to do that?! How difficult could it be? So I said fine, if I cannot order the 2p steak and the 1p steak you cannot make, I will eat in my room. When I left with my glass of wine and water (which I paid), i was not allowed to leave with my glass, because this would be dangerous for other guests? Note this was my first glass of wine, I had 2 zips, I was not drunk. Ultimately I had to ask for a plastic cup to leave the restaurant. What a mess, service is just to make a steak for a lady who travels alone. Your team could have handled this so easily. This would be the 5 star service i would expect. So ladies, if you travel alone, eat your steak somewhere else.

There is no airport shuttle. Room amenities are limited so plan accordingly. The queen size room was relatively small with windows blocked out so had limited natural light. The staff was very helpful and quick check in and check out. Location is wonderful.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la station Town Hall et proche du tramway (métro léger). La chambre était petite mais propre, le lit confortable et la salle de bain bien équipée (la douche pluie est un vrai bonheur). Le personnel est très aimable. Les bagages peuvent être gardés à la réception avant que la chambre soit prête ou avant de quitter la ville à la fin du séjour.
