Beautiful hotel, great location if flying in or out of National. Would love to stay here more days - a great room, a great bed, nice bar downstairs (if we had arrived early enough to use it). Would surely stay here again.

The air-conditioning was very loud. There is no central airflow. The indoor unit is very loud, it is very difficult to sleep next to it. Also we were on the top floor near the elevator, it was very noisy, there was constant noise.

Tiny bathrooms even though Expedia sold us on a separate soaking tub. The sink was like something from an airplane. The hotel offered a $75 credit at Vue the rooftop bar/restaurant BUT they were sold out for the weekend so we could not use the credit. We were told $90 for over night parking and were charged $156.
The history and the interior finishes were great. The rooftop looked amazing but it was inaccessible. The bathroom was like something from an RV … definitely not a 5 star hotel.
We would not stay here again.

Definitely think this hotel should be labeled 3 or 4 stars instead of 5. How wore down it looks in like the elevators and certain places. Staff super friendly though! Love free the coffee and unique selection of teas but that area was always quite messy and no trash can to throw away items in that area even though I brought it to their attention prior that the trash can was missing.. not sure if its worth 40 dollar a day amenity fee prob wont stay at this location in the future
