The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was clean comfortable. The only issue was the room got hot at night and we were unable to adjust the thermostat.

Got charged something for the security deposit but don't know what it was. The only thing used in the room beside towels was the coffee.

A gorgeous property. The rooms were beautiful with amazing woodwork and great shower amenities. The restaurant serves delicious food - we loved Julissa our server the first night at the restaurant.
All of the staff were incredible from check in, the restaurant and the spa

The room itself was fine. A standard hotel room that was pretty clean. The elevator situation was not ideal. There is one small elevator at the property and it was slow. The stairs were confusing as they did not all go to the lobby. The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy, nobody bothered us but seeing people openly do drugs on the street was a bit alarming.
