スタッフは結構丁寧に対応していただいた。 また朝ごはんも結構豊富で美味しかった

The unit is spacious which is exactly what we needed, but we did not get the key on time as promised (there was a 30-minute delay), and the unit was not very clean and had other issues. We had to request the kitchen area to be re-cleaned, shower handle to be fixed, tissue papers to be provided…. One of the bathroom doors could not be locked and there are plenty of black moldy spots in the shower areas. This was the last stop on our two week long Vietnam and Cambodia trip, and it was the least clean unit, though the most expensive one we had booked. They also do not provide luggage storage on site as they told us it’s a service apartment not a hotel. On our second day stay, we requested clean towels. Did not hear back for a few hours. When we had to request again early evening for only two clean towels, we were told that we must make such request one day in advance. We were advised to wash the towels ourselves using the washing machine in the unit. Our family has been traveling around the world each year, and have never stayed in a place where a couple of clean towels could not be provided upon request. Despite the ample space and relatively good location, we’ll never book Zenity in the future.

This is one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in Saigon. The space is clean and very well organized. The building is modern and secure. I would recommend it to business travelers.

the check in process here was horrible, when we arrive their is no front desk only a desk for the security guard. And he was not helpful at all. In order to get in we later found out that we had to call Expedia customer number in vietnam to connect us to the owner of the room that we booked. He then would give us the mail box that he put the key card in and then we would use that key card to use the elavator to get to the room ...all this communication was done on what's app text. Then once we got to the room the key card did not open up the room...so we texted him back and then he gave us a code for the door!! crazy! also note that the trash has to be manually dumped by you everyday , the toliet paper is limited to 3 roles (for a 3 bedroom suite with 2 baths) and some dirty thin wash towels that will not get replaced. So we would never book or stay here again!

何をとっても文句なしの最高なホテルでした。立地もどこに行くにも便利、なおかつ大通りに面していないので騒音も酷くなく、建物はコロニアル風のクラシックな様式が重厚感があり素敵でした。朝食ではフォーもバインミーもあるブッフェで最高に美味しかった。スタッフも非常に丁寧で、お願いすれば快く助けてくれてとても頼もしかったです。ホーチミン滞在のときはいつも泊まりたいです。

一般的なホテルですね！チェックインがわかりづらく裏側で繋がっている隣のホテルでのチェックインでした。

警備員の方に朝の早い時間にタクシーを呼んでもらいましたが、ベトナム語がわからない中のでコミュニケーションに苦労しました。 そんな状況でこちらの意図を汲もうと努力してくださり、無事にタクシーで移動が出来ました。
