Great pool and staff at beach . Housekeeping was amazing .

Front desk staff seemed annoyed or stern at times. Not overly friendly. I tried getting room service a couple times but couldn’t and front desk couldn’t connect me as it hung up both times I tried getting put through.

Great pool and very clean room

Full Breakfast was disappointing and was limited to a breakfast platter. Anything other then items are breakfast platter were charged as extras. Dinner entree did not include pasta had to order a pasta appetizer to go with p chickem parmigiana entree. Message hotel several days before arrival to ask about upgrades or special options for wife's birthday and messages were never returned.

Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy

Nice hotel on A1A. A little run down but staff is super nice!!

Little underwhelming, smelled like dog, construction next door starts 6am, no patio furniture, apartment seems dingy not very clean. Disappointing. M
