Love the nautical vibes of the property. Calm and quiet, rooms soundproof is a plus. Would stay here again!

The staff was excellent, not one bad thing to say. The property was run down and the room was in dire need of a remodel. If I was coming here for a romantic getaway I would have been very disappointed. But, I was here with kids, the lobby was great with all of the toys and smores. It was a solid 3, good but not great. Good for families, not good for romance.

Was just OK. Pillows are paper thin and bathroom is tiny.

The hotel would be fine without the neighborhood.

Please provide a FREE bottle of water for your guests. It’s a small but important detail. Drinking water for your guests shouldn’t be a profit decision.

Noisy room on the ground floor. You could hear every word if someone walked by and the generator from the parking lot across the street kept we awake half of the night. Definitely not what I expect from a RIU Hotel. Very disappointed. Maybe you should invest in new windows. However, location and breakfast were great.

We only stayed a night but it was peaceful and quiet. The view of the bay is wonderful and the breakfast is just right. It is definitely a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We will definitely stay there again.

If you want budget accommodation this is for you. Nothing like the photos on Expedia. But it's still ok accommodation. Make sure you pack ear plugs, as the walls a very thin.
