Beautiful hotel, enjoyed the theater. Only problem was getting receipt for my boss.

Love how fun the hotel was. There is an art museum downstairs then the rooms are all colorful and so beautiful. The rooftop bar is next level and chill. They have comfy couches and go drinks and food with a wonderful view. Would 10/10 recommend staying here. Only downside is there’s no included breakfast but there is yummy restaurants near by.

Clean room nice area

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The room left a lot to be desired. A half-used roll of toilet paper, an empty tissue box, and a spent conditioner container that was never refilled were disappointing, as was having to spend 30 minutes scanning for channels because no one had bothered to set the television up properly. Very first world problems, but we expected more from Hilton. Will likely choose competitors in the future, but you hired great people at your front desk and restaurant staff. They should be commended. I have no doubt the cleaning staff are bound by corporate penny pinchers ruining the kind of experience excellence that was the norm in our parents’ day.

Kind staff that did there best, but was consistently hampered by poor execution, limited resources, and bad information. Rooms were misassigned and not ready. Common amentities blocked off during events. Long lines and painfully slow check-ins. Missing or understaff bellmen and housekeeping. A beautiful building with people who really wanted to help, but just couldn't execute.
