Fantastic location, very comfortable room and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially how easy it was to walk to Central Park, 5th Ave, Broadway and other great areas.

Hotel was great. Staff was amazing. Highly recommend

The room we were given was clean, but only had one mug and no crockery or cutlery (even though it was billed as having a functional kitchenette). The air conditioning was good and the beds were comfortable. The young man on reception was friendly and helpful, unfortunately, the woman receptionist was completely the opposite. When we asked for water for the room, we were told ‘we don’t provide that’. Our sheets weren’t changed, toilet paper wasn’t replenished and we had to ask for fresh towels and cleaning. On our last day we were able to leave our cases for a few hours, but had to retrieve them ourselves from the back of the service basement. The location was fine, but a bus and subway ride from the hub of Brooklyn.
