Some staff was nice while others were rather rude. The food was ok. The other “sister hotels” don’t let you use their amenities. The location of this hotel puts you in the crowds of 5-6 cruise ships daily.

Nice new place. Not enough hot water. No USB plug ins. Had issues with getting codes and key fobs To work. Buddy bought one. So can’t be to bad.

Room was spotless and cleaning crew checked to make sure it stayed that way twice a day. Pool and beach were very nice & relaxing. This property is a great alternative for someone that wants a more boutique experience vs. a mega-resort. Food was amazing as well!

The staff at the Island House was friendly, helpful and competent. Island House property, rooms and facilities were immaculate. Impressed with the gym, fitness classes, spa, on-site restaurants and access to the Old Fort Beach club.

Room was clean and good condition. The staff it depends on the person you interact with. Some of them were, while some so careless and reluctant to help, and unfriendly. The service in hotel in general was very slow. The hotel is crowded especially on the weekends, bc they allow outside visitors. If you don’t mind crowded and loud- this hotel may be for you. If you’re looking for serene, peaceful and privacy- you should look other places.

Beautiful property! So much to do! Clean! Every staff member was happy and pleasant! Lapis Lounge was perfect! Loved Cerises! She was so helpful and pleasant!

Clean rooms, very friendly and courteous staff, good buffets, not so good maintenance.
