Where to begin... Parking was a nightmare. We had no idea what level to park on or how to get to the hotel. When we called, hotel staff was unfriendly. When we finally go to the hotel, the door was locked and we had to be buzzed in. Staff was unfriendly and acted like we were bothering her.
The room was less that ideal.
It was very warm and stuffy in the room. We turned the thermostat down when we left but, upon return 4 hours later, the room was not any cooler.
A lot of the light switches didn't work.
We requested a king bed, but this was no king. Queen-ish, maybe. Pillows were nice, though.
The only mostly bright spot in the entire stay was the shower. Only thing I didn't care for was the frosted glass wall.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal and very walkable for our purpose. Room was clean but not cozy. Very industrial decor, which is not our style. Bed wasn’t very comfortable but it also wasn’t the worst. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall, the room was lacking for a 4.5 star “luxury” hotel and the cost.
