Next visit to the OSF no question we’ll stay here if available. Short walking distance to everything in downtown Ashland, yet quiet and private.

Breakfasts here are always AMAZING & this is one MAIN reason we stay here when visiting relatives. Beds are comfy, on softer side, not too soft. It's important for back/health issues for us. They're always accommodating whenever we needed more pillows or blankets. Our ONLY downside has been that we stay 3 days minimum. The traffic is on a slower road, but it ia so loud, that it is ridiculously hard 2 sleep. The neighbors above on the 3rd floor were disrespectful & loud. At 3am, Saturday, approx. 1 hour, we woke up to what sounded like adults jumping from bed 2 bed. I called the office & they eventually stopped. BUT, the next night, at 4am, there was loud stomping for 30 minutes (not sure if same people), but when we decided 2 call, they had stopped. So, we did not call the front desk. We have 2 small pets, & ALL pet owners stay on the 2nd floor. I think their should be some floors dedicated to pets on every floor. We stay more than 1 night & we DEFINITELY need sleep. The walls are thin above & in hallways. The doors are so heavy they slam whenever anyone leaves their room. Travelers don't consider others when moving about the hotel, even when a DO NOT DISTURB sign is hanging outside on the door to see. In the morning we heard cleaning staff speaking on walkie talkies at 9am to each other. We have a sound machine to drown out noises, but it didn't help. Husband eats breakfast at 9/9:30. I sleep in due 2 sleep disturbed. Hotels NEED thicker walls. Why Good not Excellent
