The staff were very nice and welcoming. The check in process was very simple and easy.

The complimentary upgrade was nice. Staff was friendly. Downside was having to wait so long for bags at bell desk.

The staff was very nice, the hotel was beautiful, the only thing is the kitchen was very tiny and the fridge did not work good at all. Also the tv in the rooms are so outdated, you can't even watch Netflix, the best thing about the room was the bathroom and how big it was. I would not stay there again because you want to relax in bed and watch tv you cant because the tv and the channels on it are terrible

Can’t say enough good things about the staff and service. We were only there for one night, but we were treated like special guests. Gorgeous decor, fitness center, pool, rooms, ba to rooms. Our requests were accommodated, the kids got little gifts from the staff, the in-room dining meals and Ospero breakfast were delicious, the views were spectacular, the amenities were plentiful. We usually don’t like to stay at the same hotel more than once, but this one definitely “rose” to our needs and likes. Thank you!

Great hidden gem! Lenny who handles the cars & guests outside front does an exceptional job. Brian at front desk is a pleasure to work with. 5 Star property all the way!!

Clean and quiet, easy access to shopping, strip walkable

For the price, I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean (inside and out), check in at the kiosk was easy and location was great. Only downside was no microwave in room.
