Very comfortable. Didn’t have the breakfast but it smelled delicious. We were early for our shuttle and the lady at the check in desk got us on an earlier ride even though it was pretty full. Much appreciated.

The room was not properly cleaned and felt neglected. There was noticeable dust along the walls, which made the space feel unkempt. To make matters worse, the trash can still had used diapers left behind from a previous guest, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. This experience was very disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards.

We went to Venice at the end of April and stayed in the Hotel Villa Viridia! The best hotel that we ever stay! Everything is new and fresh. Stuff very helpful and attentive. Definitely, will stay again.

Breakfast menu was excellent with an abundance of fresh choices. Delicious!!

Front desk is not really 24/7 as the description in expedia says. If you arrive late, there is no front desk person.

This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here.
