Durango is one of my top 2 favorite hotels in the world. The rooms are huge, well appointed, and very comfortable. The onsite restaurants are absolutely fantastic, and the pool is beyond beautiful. The staff is polite and helpful, and lastly, there is an overall calmness that proliferates through the entire property that is tangible. Love this place.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

We were put in a room right next to the elevators. It was constantly noisy and they shouldn’t be selling this room at all. We told the front desk and they didn’t move us to a different room like any other hotel would.

After 2 days of spending money at Starbucks we found the coffee shop in the hotel the breakfast was amazing and fresh we shopped at all the stores in the hotel and surrounding shops it was beautiful

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Yes it was good! The rooms could use an upgrade like microwaves in rooms. An fixing the patio window in eoom 2528 were that the window doesnt shake an make noise because of strong winds an excessive draft in room! Otherwise my stay was pleasant

Beautiful hotel, beautiful spacious room, comfortable bed and great amenities.
