Overall is a nice property although it's a boutique hotel surrounded by giant others hotels, so , no exclusivity when you leave the room.
The check out experience was awful at least, rude I would say and no excuses, no justification.
So if you want a A experience in Tokyo forget about this facility!

This property is excellent and is extremely clean. It has a restaurant for breakfast lunch or dinner. Close to all stations and mini mall!! we loved our stay here!! totally recommended it!!
