Lake Maggiore Scuba Diving Vacations

The room left a lot to be desired, the bathroom seemed life an after thought during planning. The staff were nice the breakfast was solid. We don’t have hot water during our stay which complicated things for us. Overall 2/5.

Came for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. We were greeting by friendly valet and front desk people. They even offered welcome champagne. We got there early so we had to wait for a room, but it was worth it since we got upgraded to a different room. The views here are worth it. You have access to a pool but we went down to the beach instead. We enjoyed drinks in their lobby area that even had someone playing live music. We dined inside our room for dinner since our view was perfect. Everywhere we went the staff greeted us with smiles and were so nice. Honestly, this was the best hotel stay I've ever had. We're definitely coming back.

Beautiful location and good selection for breakfast, but poor air conditioning and not very walkable to nearby areas like the train station. Still remains an excellent value.

Prestige club lounge was absolutely amazing. Every experience felt elevated by the wonderful staff and amenities! Will be staying here again and again

We liked everything except there was no coffee in room. We did not like the lighting. Could have been more. too dark. Also, another mirror would be great. Otherwise, all was good!!

Everything was good, but no refrigerator was provided & pool not available as it was under maintenance for all 5 days during our stay though pretty good amount for Resorts Fee was charged!
