Everything was Good

The locatiom was excellent.easy walk to the path. Cute and good restautnts in area

The room was fine. But the service was very unfriendly, uncooperative, just not what you would expect from a Hilton. We accidentally left a cell phone in the room and staff would not let us retrieve it, just 10 minutes after checking out. We waited almost 45 minutes to get the phone. Staff were generally not helpful. Parking garage is immense with Very poor signage. Many other guests having problems with the parking. And they charge $24 for this. Altogether Disappointing.

Our first room had bed bugs in it. The front desk staff member was helpful and located us to a different room and floor. But we had to leave some of our items behind in order to not bring any bugs back to our home

Gorgeous hotel with accommodating staff. Rooms were very spacious and clean

Property is ABSOLUTELY stunning and very clean. WILL come back and make this property my main establishment when in town which I frequently visit.

Very easy to stay and get to your early morning flight

is a good hotel, but you need a car to move around, and they charge you $15.00 dollars every day for parking.

The couch had bad stains on it. The shower door never closed all the way. The TV facing the sofa haf audio problems. Front desk gave some sheets so we could sit on the sofa. Told us to report it to manager the next day. Reported it to manager the next day and showed her pictures, she said housekeeping should be able to clean that. They never addressed the other issues which I informed them of. I don't expect this out of Marriott. No room change or anything. They dropped the ball.
