Love the vibe and the room was super clean, modern, and yummy coffee and tea,

Hotel was located perfectly. Almost all of my planned activities were in walking distance from the hotel

The Ritz Denver is underwhelming. Lackluster lobby, tired furnishings. The room was fine but every piece of furniture showed obvious wear and tear. There was nothing about this stay that was worth the $600+ price tag. Very disappointing. In a downtown filled with hotel choices, save your money and book elsewhere. Plus side - Michelle is a gem. Champagne offered at check in.

Great size room, clean, perfect location and friendly staff.

The AC did in fact kept the room cool. My room which overlooked the city from the 9th floor was a beautiful site, and when night came and the city lights lit up it was magnificent.
