Very convenient to athletic fields

Staff was courteous, location was clean and the drink and daily specials were fantastic! The loud skeeball game in the lobby was very distracting and the transportation to and from the Island Grand could be improved (esp for people with mobility issues)

Great room. Tons of activities . Friendly staff.

Our stay was just Ok. Not the best location. The large pool was not heated (very cold), it was recently remodeled, however, they skipped remodeling the bathrooms. The sinks and showers are old with a new shower curtain. The service is difficult, as in it’s very hard to get them to pick up the phone. Room service is ok, just to go items in plastic and paper bag delivered to the room. On a positive note, the restaurant on site, Luma, is good for dinner. As far as breakfast goes, it does offer healthy items, but a little too frou frou for kids. Not that the hotel can control the wind, but it was very windy, so going in the ocean was definitely not an option and sitting in the beach was very windy.

Great resort, beautiful pool and lobby. Perfect location right on the beach! Food was good, busy pool and hot tub, wait times on drinks and food. Best sunset views! Super comfy beds!
