Great hotel, dining and staff.

Clean room great location next to the airport

The menu was good the breakfast was good but it is far from the city centre

Clean room but dirty grout in bathroom and dirty bottom in the bath tub. Ran out of shower gel. Staff service very poor - hard to get a good morning out of them, nevermind a smile..... Scrambled eggs overcooked and luke warm, same for spinach, beans and carrots. All in all, 4 out of 10 from me - room for improvement, especially for the service.

For a hotel that expensive they had little flexibility about the check in time and the beds were not comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay in a two-bedroom suite. It was very comfortable and fully equipped with great amenities, including a kitchen and a washer/dryer, which was so convenient. ​Location: While it’s about a 15-minute walk to the city center, there is a tram station right across the street, making it very easy to get around. ​One suggestion: It would be great to have Smart TVs for international travelers, as most of the local channels were in a language we didn't understand. ​Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!
