This hotel has a really cool weekend vibe and was a great place to arrive for our stay on a Saturday. Thank you to Starr for a great check-in and Casey in Juniper bar for looking after us. Roof bar in the West Tower has great LA views. Loved the sunken garden for nightime energy and morning coffee. Excellent service, food and drinks. Room was nice overlooking the Hills. Great location to watch downtown LA sunrises, and for walking to Beverly Hills. Would not want to be any nearer to Hollywood as it is all pretty run down. And for balance, shower water pressure could be better and ran cold for 5 minutes before hot arrived. And 5* should provide complimentary water in the room - not everything should be designed to extract your dollars. Overall a very positive experience.

Their service and attitude were definitely the highlight of my experience. However, I was disappointed with the room maintenance. The toilet was not functioning properly, and the phone in the room didn’t work, which made it difficult to contact the front desk. These issues took away from what could have been a perfect stay. Overall, the staff made a great impression, but the hotel needs to improve its maintenance and ensure that all facilities are in proper working order. With a few fixes, this place could easily become an excellent choice

From the very moment I checked into my room I had such a good experience with the staff as well as the property itself. Upon entry into my room, it was very clean and smelled very good. The best thing about this room was the hotel bed. The Hilton is always very good at making sure guests are comfortable. After a long day at Disneyland it is very nice to come back to a bed that you can just sink into. I highly recommend this property for your next Disneyland stay.

Was told we would have access to bar even though there was a party scheduled for the bar/restaurant. We were told we could not enter bar until 8:00pm. We tried again at approx, 10pm, and got in. 25% was not deducted from the z

booked hotel for a trip to LA with my lady at first glance I didn’t think much of the spot at first I was considering other hotels near this one but glad I chose The Glendale Hotel. Service was good and the kiosk was not hard at all to navigate. The room was nice, some little stains and chips scuffs in the doors and walls here and there but no dealbreaker sort of stuff. Beds were nice and no weird smell or stuff in the room. A/C worked, nice TV channels and the shower and jacuzzi worked well. Thank you for the stay, will consider coming again next time! For the price it was worth it and they let us late checkout for a small fee.
