Clean, great customer service, no charges for early arrival they kept my bags and when it was time to check in they moved them to the assigned room. Also, when it was time to leave the order a taxi for me. The breakfast was delicious.

The staff were all courteous, friendly and exceptional. The room was clean but we didn't like the fact there wasn't a mini fridge in the room. I couldn't save any of my leftovers from eating out.

I shared three main concerns with the front desk as we checked and the only reply I got was "thanks for your feedback" without addressing the issues they let their clients experienced... First issue: the street facing room are very noisy at night - fire truck, people talking, motorcycle... poor window sound insulation. Second, the stove seems to leak gas as we cook and we need to air out the gas smell. Third, the toaster got our bagel on fire and fire alarm went off. I am not sure if the property properly tested all their appliances. We would probably consider another place next time as they don't seem to care much. Two good things to say is that it's clean and spacious.

We upgraded to a President Suite. Paid the upgrade price. The room was dated and the sofa was absolutely disgusting. There were several stains on the cushions and the back of it. It looked like several porn flicks had been filmed there. I told front desk staff and a manager moved us to another room. It was better but not much. Still several suspicious “white” stains on the furniture. GROSS. I can’t believe they leave those in any room let alone a President Suite. We’ve been to Vegas 8 times in the last 5 years and have stayed at the Plaza every time. Next time it’ll be somewhere else.

The suite was great! The location is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely will be back some day.

The room was beautiful! Spacious & comfortable. I LOVE the soft, plush carpet :) We had in room dining from the restaurant & the food was delicious! Service from all the staff was superb - everyone was kind & helpful. Can't beat the location overlooking the Pacific Ocean & just a short walk down to the beach or the Santa Monica Pier. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Hotel was amazing very clean staff were great and loved the breakfast only thing was when I booked it I read they had a shuttle bus it said dropping you in Rome and surrounding areas they need to reword it because they only drop you at train station and only maybe twice a day and when we tried to book it was full we spent an absolute fortune on taxis but hotel room with balcony was very good

The staff was extremely helpful and showed us to our room. Since the bed was set up as a double I had to split it in to a twin no big deal due to our late arrival...but I found hair in the bed and on the mattress covers. The curtain in the room were stained and dirty..I did find the bathroom to be exceptionally clean. The property needs a bit of updating in the rooms. Breakfast was great. Staff again was so kind and helpful but for sure small details in the room were missed.

Great experience in a convenient location! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone! Coming back for sure!

Very clean, mandatory parking fee that I wish I knew about in advance. Overall comfortable stay

It was a great stay, hours are flexible you can stay in the pool until 11:00pm, my kids had fun, and the villas are comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything, it’s my third time here, we will com back
