Shower door not working properly

Great place to stay. Pools (multiple)are gorgeous and gym is huge! Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location by the beach and shops. We had a toilet separate from the shower area and a spacious room with a lovely view of the pools and beach.

I have stayed here a few times and the property while nice is looking a bit tired and a bit 1990s. Having said that the rooms are clean and I would stay here again but they need to do some renovations soon. The staff are generally unfriendly but not rude. They just do what they have to do, mind you how difficult is it for them to put up with customers these days. Good solid accommodation but nothing to get excited about.

General impressions of the hotel are positive, it is clean and tidy, good quality bed inlcuding pillows and duvets. nice sized TV and reasonable quality food. Fish and Chips was a bit of a let down more like fish fingers and chips. WIFI is reasonable although often disconnects and requires Re-Auth and this can happen 4 or 5 times a day.

The cleanliness of the room service is quite inadequate. They are not completing the entire cleaning process. On the final day of my stay, I misplaced my face cleanser bottle. I reported this to the front desk, and they confirmed that they had not seen the face cleanser bottle and do not discard guests' belongings. I stayed for four nights, but the loss occurred only on the last night. I feel that their honesty is questionable. I hope the hotel management will take this matter into consideration.

Clean and efficient

The buffet breakfast was fabulous - in a great position close to The Rocks and Circular Quay - valet parking was easy and it is a lovely hotel.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

Amazing value for the stay and being so close to airport helps with early flights. Everything was clean and good food and drinks to start your holiday.
