カンボジア北西部でのロマンチックな旅行

宿泊した日が近隣でお祭りがあり、騒音がうるさいなんてもんじゃないぐらいうるさくてほとんど眠れなかった。これはホテルの責任ではないですが、すぐ隣でライブイベントをしていたのでうるさいことはわかっていたはず。翌日朝早くからツアーへ行く予定だったのでこんなに騒音がひどくなるなら事前に連絡してくれたら泊まらなかったです。料金を半額にして欲しいほどでした。 2日目はイベントも終わり静かでゆっくり過ごせてとてもよかった。朝食は本当に美味しかったし、ホテルのスタッフのサービスも良かったです。 部屋は一見綺麗に見えるけれど、カーテンの裏に虫がびっちりついていて隅々まで掃除が行き届いていないと思いました。

街の喧騒から離れてとても静かな環境のホテルです。清潔感や親切さ全てにおいて満点でした。ホテルの雰囲気もシックでおしゃれです。

The combination of good old time (1930-40’s era) and the latest service was good enough for me as a classic hotel lover! All of staff remember my name & face, so every time I need some help (especially for my child care), they offer a kind help at right place at right time. That was so fascinating and remarkable hospitality. By all those good services, I definitely come back again for staying this very hotel.
