We had a great stay at the Meritel Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel was spotlessly clean with stylish interiors and a lovely atmosphere. All the staff were fantastic, but a special mention goes to Alex and Linh who were especially helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was comfortable with a powerful shower and modern design. We also used the in-house spa which was amazing, definitely worth a visit. Breakfast each morning had a great selection and top-notch service. The hotel restaurant is also a great option if you're looking to have lunch or dinner, with delicious food and excellent service.
