Room had an egg smell which was offputting , stains on the quilt and the mattress/ pillow was too soft so was not a comfortable stay.

Great breakfast. Loved Russel the wellbeing dog in the foyer

On a positive note, the location was good and room size good. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. Despite my gold membership with Hotels.com, there was no availability for an early check in or late check out. They failed to call when room was ready as requested, there were no blankets in room as requested prior to check in. Main light in one of the bedrooms didn’t work at all and one in dining area just constantly flashed. There was not enough knives for our group of 5. The room temp was hit and miss with temperamental room temp. Front of house Staff need to work on their customer service skills.

You had to ask for your room to be serviced, then when it was, extremely rough job, bed not even made. Motel very run down, needs an upgrade

There was crumbs on my bed sheets. Which implies the sheets weren’t clean. It’s in the take off zone of an airport so lots of planes flying overhead. There was lots of shipping containers on the block, and people came and picked them up in the morning of our stay which was a bit annoying. Host was very polite and accomodating, good communication. Showers had great pressure. Property is on tank water so you can’t drink from a tap but the host provided bottled water. Is a great location for if you wanted to have a party, lots of floor space and games rooms. Not much at all around the area
