Lovely lobby bar where the people were very nice if you are a lone traveller. Easily accessible to downtown popular conference hotels without all the hustle and bustle. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel was under construction, which wouldn't have been such a big deal, but the hotel felt understaffed. Check in was a mess, they sent us back and forth between various floors because they couldn't figure out where to do it. We left dirty dishes and trash outside the room where it sat for 2 days. The bartender was beyond rude and unhelpful, and barked at us before we even said a word. The room was great and comfortable, but I was very underwhelmed with the hotel.
