The hotel was close to the airport, and the shuttle to and from the airport was helpful. The rooms did not look at all like the pictures on the website and wasn’t worth the value for what you pay to stay there. We had 3 different rooms because the rooms were not clean enough to meet standard expectations. The manager was kind and helpful, and we appreciated her customer care for the concerns we shared.

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the middle of the Old Town Zürich. It’s close to everything you need to see within walking distance. They have an excellent buffet breakfast that you can have out on the terrace or inside every day.
We would recommend staying here.

The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.
