The cutest Hotel, nice and homey design

Perfect place to stay, convenient location, 15 min walk from a direct tram (number 4) to centraal station. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless. Hotel bar is beautiful and cozy. Reception area lovely. Staff there were always incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The room (Deluxe) was huge, well placed mirrors, wardrobe size was great, shower was always good, bed was GIANT, with soft sheets and a comfy mattress. TV was in a great spot so was always comfortable to watch. Limited options for the TV of what to watch unless renting a film (roughly £10 each). The spa area was amazing. It was so clean, and well maintained. We were fortunate enough to experience the spa hut to ourselves my partner and I. The spa shuts at 10pm so a late night spa trip was the way to go. We would get what felt like private use of the pool, sauna and steam room and a little shower before leaving! Just all round a 5 star hotel and I couldn’t have been more grateful to have the opportunity to stay here, it allowed for me and my partner to have the best anniversary we could’ve asked for. The staff was very attentive and cordial. The rooms are lovely, clean, with an incredible location. If you eat at the bar/restaurant…the pasta and hamburger are delicious. And the focaccia… leaves your mouth watering. You have to order it with the tomato-feta dish. The gym was on the smaller side , but we usually had it for ourselves. It has a handful of cardio machines and upstairs, a good selection of weights with a bench and bands. There was also a TV with workouts you could choose from. Good ambiance! We also rented the bikes. So fun!!!!! It will definitely be my place of choice to stay again!

The room and the staff were amazing. The hotel atmosphere and the bar were very welcoming. The food at Momo was excellent. I highly recommend staying here and the next time we are in Amsterdam we will stay here.

From arrival to leaving the stay and staff were exceptional . Ideally located near Dam Square

Beautiful hotel just outside the tourist area. Cozy room with all the amenities. Lovely restaurant and bar.

The guy n the counter Billiel super helpful. Easy and quick check in , check out , nice area n general .
