Clean and quiet property, polite staff, great location. Housekeeping didn't replenish my bar of soap or provide an extra roll of toilet paper, but those were minimal issues. The bed was comfortable. I worried that the outside noise and construction would keep me awake, but I slept like a rock. I'd absolutely stay here again!

The restaurant has an amazing spanish flavour that is awesome. The staff were super helpful.

The hotel is great if you want to walk to many of the sites!

The building itself is gorgeous. The cafe and the cafe staff as well as the doormen are very friendly and respectful. The check- in people: cold, detached, bordering on unprofessional. Did not feel Welcome. Even though I’ve been a repeat guest at Riggs l will not return. I like feeling welcomed and appreciated for being a supporter and an important part in the ecosystem. Hotel Riggs is not it. (Also, after the fact item: hotels.com let me know last night that as a VIP apparently I was supposed to be given the option of a free room upgrade, which never happened). Very disappointed. Will not go back.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Phoenix DC. We really enjoyed our visit; hotel has outstanding food. The room and door attendants were very friendly and helpful. They have a little mini coffee station open 24/7 and deliver bottled water to your room daily. Location is outstanding, very close to Union Station for transportation needs, the U.S. Capital is on the same street.
