The room don’t have all the proper essential items . No one ever came by rooms to check on towels or any other items . They add in extra fees when you purchase online and you get stuck paying them at check in and the they try to get you to do some kind of time share.

I had a great overall stay at Westgate Resort and Spa. The property itself was excellent—the facilities were well maintained, the restaurant was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. There was one hiccup involving tickets that were sold to us for Sea World and Aquatica, where an issue with ticket required us to return to the resort to have it sorted out. Unfortunately, that ended up taking most of our day, which was frustrating. Aside from that inconvenience, everything else about the experience was very positive. One thing to keep in mind for future guests: the timeshare presentation runs significantly longer than expected, so plan accordingly. Overall, despite the setback, we still had a very enjoyable stay.
