Always a blast.. my second home

Our stay was average, but several issues kept it from being great. Some fees were not clearly communicated in advance — particularly the additional charge for the water park, which we assumed was included in the room rate. The WiFi was unreliable throughout our stay, and the phone in our room was disconnected (actually ripped from the wall), making it difficult to reach staff when needed. The resort fee did not include anything exceptional at all. Service at the restaurant was also slower and less attentive than expected. On a positive note, the property itself has nice potential, and the amenities could make for an enjoyable visit if better maintained and communicated. Improving transparency about fees, ensuring all in-room features are functional, and enhancing staff attentiveness would go a long way in improving the overall guest experience.

The house was fantastic! Pool, hot tub, space was great!!! Held 14 people without us feeling tight. Lots of space! Will rent again!!

Room not good condition, multiple days no room service even though requested. Manager was helpful, food was good, pool was very nice

The first room (villa) was substandard - not at all close to the photos - quite misleading- I requested another room and they gave us a “flat” which was better but we realized the patio door (we were on the first floor near a heavy traffic area)- the door would not lock - they sent maintenance but we missed our reservations because we didn’t want to leave the room until it was fixed - then we experienced a lot of the lights flickering and we had plans on eating at their “Barbarann” food van and it was closed due to a “private event” on Friday night.

More than expected. Staff was super friendly and fast acting. The water park was fun kids loved the slide i liked the lazy river .

Everything was great

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful when I needed anything. There is not a shuttle to pick you up and return back to the hotel, however they utilize Lyft to transport to and from which was not expensive at all. The hotel is 20 minutes from the malls and other shopping areas. The rooms are clean, comfortable and other than the traffic noise from 7-11 at night I slept like a baby. Debra was a lifesaver during my stay.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Good in room coffee. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. We plan to stay again the next time we come to Orlando.
