Very welcoming and accommodating. Great food and exceptional drinks menu. Great place to stay if you are visiting Edinburgh. Pretty much anywhere you will want to visit is walkable.

It was an interesting property and staff were exceptional. They met needs and were awesome and accommodating for my autistic son.

Great bar and music on first floor. All tourist sites very walkable from this location. Good access to public transportation. Long term parking is not available. Long term parking garage is ten minute walk away.

The room was lovely although the carpet around the bed hadn't been hoovered. The glasses were dirty, it looked like someone had used them to keep their toothpaste and toothbrush in. However, the staff were amazing! Very friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. The food was great too, although for clarity, the breakfast wasn't free as it says in your question. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

This is a beautiful property. The location was just far enough off the tourist areas and yet walkable to everything you might want to see. It was five star in every respect. The staff was excellent, friendly, accommodating and efficient. We ended staying there twice during our visit. We had two different room types booked and both were excellent.
