The staff were very courteous and friendly. The room could really do with some updates. Dark, sad looking carpet, bathtub and shower extremely worn and dated and the bed was hard and wasn’t very comfortable. The bathtub looked dirty but I think the glaze was just wearing off. It’s a nice hotel but the room wasn’t worth what I paid.

Room was dark, worn down, and they didn't service it or bring new towels. Towels were scratchy and worn. I guess it was fine for the price, but not a great spot.

Room was good but water seeped out of shower glass door ,there was no way to keep a towel on the floor as the shower door opened out and a towel on the floor stopped the door from opening or closing Restaurants were ok but had a bad experience on my day of checkout at Rockwood restaurant The bagel (multigrain) was so hard that it was difficult to chew on The server brought another but that was also equally bad
