Everything was great.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to get better hairdryers in the rooms.

Clean room and quiet if you are facing the inner garden. Someone was smoking inside another room so the whole floor smelled bad. Breakfast was good but way too expensive (26$ + taxes and tips for 2 eggs with 3 slices of bacon and a toast). Overall a great experience in a nice neighborhood, but in the end felt a little too expensive for what it is.

Very friendly staff, well managed place, lovely river side inn for a relaxing stay, many pleasant details make this a gem. Definitely will recommend!

The rooms of this hotel have extraordinary views across San Francisco. Like all Four Seasons properties, it is well maintained and the staff are pleasant and helpful.

Comfortable hotel in a great location. Plenty of walkable locations for meals. Hotel check in was quick and very nice to receive 2 free drink coupons and 20% off food at the adjacent restaurant, good food and atmosphere. Rooms were neat and very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.
