Rooms were clean and staff very helpful. Its location was very close to the train station.

We loved this hotel. Breakfast dinner and afternoon tea was included. It's in a beautiful old castle but totally updated. We did have an issue though. Their is no room clean unless you request it. We had a 4 night stay and after the 2nd night I requested a room clean as our shampoo/ body wash bottles were less than a quarter fill. Our room was not cleaned that day as they said it would be but as I only told reception that morning I gave them another day. Again the room wasn't clean and we were totally out of everything in the bathroom. I believe after 3 days a room clean should be automatically done especially as towels and bathroom amenities required replacing. But again our room wasn't clean. We went down to reception and they had our towels changed and filled the bottles in the shower within half an hour of us. But I still believe after if a room is occupied by the 3rd night there should be an automate clean.

Super clean and modern room. Fabulous views. Beds comfy and the breakfast was vast. Very impressive. Great location in the Tripla Mall and convenient for shops, restaurants and the train station. Perfectly soundproofed. Will stay here again.

This was a fantastic experience. The woman who I believe manages everything was the best. She helped us check in and showed us the luggage storage which was so nice! The room was very well appointed. My husband loved the French press coffee in the room, and I enjoyed the tea. It is in a fantastic location. We would stay there again! We can recommend it enough!

Great place to stay and the kitchen and laundry was well equipped. Would recommend

The room was basic. No air conditioning or even a fan. The front desk lady who was in later was fantastic!! Breakfast buffet is wonderful. The setting is beautiful. Kids loved the pool.

Quick and easy check in for a very late (1am) arrival. Simple but comfortable and well equipped apartment. Sadly I wasn't there long enough to try out all the amenities but I saw longer term guests and residents using the work and leisure spaces.
