Clean room, great location, beautifully restored historic building

Staff are great but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Especially the pillows they are horrible. I had to use a towel as my pillow. Other hotels have feather pillows that are far more comfortable. It would be nice to have a choice. For this reason we won’t return. It’s too bad because everything else was nice.

Location is excellent but rooms need to be updated. Food is delicious. Bathrooms need special attention. Pool area is good and relaxing. Staff is good to deal with service is good. I would go back but ask for a different room I guess.

Very Curteous, Spotless, roof on upper area not completed. But all else was amazing!

Great room with a large bathroom. The direction to the guest rooms and the pool using several elevators can be confusing...

Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy

Perfect for our one night's stay. Room was clean. Service was great. Right across from the beach perfect location.

I’ve stayed at this hotel previously and I absolutely loved it so I booked another stay here. On my last visit here, the toilet did not work properly. The toilet flushed correctly for 1-3 flushed (back to back) but after that, the toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to wait about 10-15 min before I could flush for the water to go down. I kept telling the front desk

The room was clean and the location was good. The checkin was a little confusing since they did not send the security code the previous day as stated, but sent it on arrival with a phone call. Everything else was fine. We enjoyed our stay and I would use this appointment again.
