The staff was very attentive to our needs for a wheelchair accessible, walk-in shower room. They really accommodated us throughout out time there. We will definitely book a stay upon our return to Houston!

Hotels endlessly emails you and about this that and the next thing, including "must do" emails about checking in online, so you do their work for them. Totally over the top and clutters your inbox before, during and after your stay.
Hotel itself was average, a bit dreary in the corridors, worse in the pool, and no bar open in the afternoon. It's just OK.
